| The merchandise will be
delivered at the Buyer’s cost and risk, even when the shipment is pre-paid.
It is very important to examine carefully all the merchandise when unloading. Customers will have to submit a claim directly on the transport company’s shipment receipt In case of damage, loss or delay caused at the time of unloading and before signing the delivery approval. Merchandise claims will not be accepted after four days date of delivery. All the refunds must be communicated with prior notice to PINTURAS FRAYCAR which will determine the best means of transport. We are not liable for deliveries which are not pre-arranged. Refunds will always be credited with the next invoice. Shipment will be at the Customer’s cost in orders under 400 litres of Plastic Paints or thinners. We will also attend to any orders in colors different from our standard merchandise. The quantity of product manufactured will fluctuate up to maximum of +5%. Customers will be responsible for any production differences up to this amount. Prices will be quoted in each case. Refunds will not be accepted in these cases. Taxes generated by commercial transactions will always be at the cost of the Buyer. All the prices given in the present price list can be modifified due to the fluctuation in the market and these modifications may not be notified to the Customer in advance. In case of litigation, both parties will be firmly obliged to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Valencia (Spain) and not any other Official Statute. PINTURAS FRAYCAR IS ONLY LIABLE FOR THE MERCHANDISE. The current price table supercedes all previous offers. Suggested Retail Prices are available. V.A.T. is not included. |
