INDICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS 
- Elastic mat paint worked by an aqueous dispersal of acrylic copolymers, special addendums for decoration and protection of facades. 
- Waterproof to the rain water. Transpirable. This paint makes a coat that is permeable to the air and water vapour. 
- Very adherent to any materials used in the building. 
- Flexible. It does not crack with a change in the weather. 
- High resistance to the exterior : rain, dust, smoke, alkalinity of cement. 
- Permanent white colour. It does not turn yellow. Mat finish very decorative. 

PREPARATION AND APPLICATION 
FLEXIMUR can be applied with a brush, roller or spray-gun. It is recommended a good strirring of the product before using it. 
New surfaces : apply over clean, without dust, grease, saltpeter stains, ect. 
Apply one coat with five parts of FLEXIMUR and one of water. The paint must be dried. It is recommended two coats, the second coat without thinner. 
Painted surfaces : If paint is in good condition, apply FLEXIMUR over clean. If paint is in bad condition or it has lime, it must be eliminated. 
On dusty surfaces it is recommended to apply one coat of FIXAMUR FONDO PENETRANTE in order to fix and harden surfaces. 
Do not use neither it is raining neither nor with temperatures below 5°C. Do not apply this product when it is very hot. Paint out of direct sunlight. 

SPREADING RATE
It depends on the rugosity and absorption of the surface. Approximately 2- 4 m2/l. applying one coat. 

COLOURS
Only white. 

FINISHES
To obtain a mat finish very decorative. 

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Nature : Acrylic copolymer and elastic resins. 
Density : 1,58 gr./cm3. 
Thinner : Water. 
Drying time (in normal conditions) 
- to touch : 2 hours. 
- recoating interval : 6 hours. 
- fully dry : 28 days. 
Toxicity : it does not contain arsenics, mercury, silver or plumb. 
Do not use by temperatures below 5º C. 

NOTE: The data reflected here is informative and  agree with the rehearsals carried out in our Laboratories under good conditions of application. If these a suffer a change they would be carried out a previous rehearsal again.
