INDICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS
Polyurethane varnish with one component hardened by humidity. 
This product is specially indicated to varnish interior wood : floors, stairs, balustrades, etc. 
High resistance.
Excellent hardness and elasticity.
High gloss and transparence.
Good chemical resistance.
Washable in water, soap, detergent, ect.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS 
Gloss : Glossy.
Colour : Colourless.
Solids volume rate : 39% average.
Viscosity : 85-95 U.K.
Density : 1Kg/lt.
Drying time at  20º C and 65% R.H. Without stickiness: 1 - 2 hours. Recoating interval: 8 hours.
Resistance continuous temperature : 90º C (dry heat)
Spreading rate : Between 12 and 16 m2/l, approximately appliying with a brush.

 APPLICACIÓN
Conditions of application : Temperature between 5 and 40º C. 
Relative humidity: 85%.
It is recommendable a good stirring of the product before use.
Easy to apply with a brush, roller, spray-gun, airless-gun.
Clean tools with polyurethane thinner.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Apply only on a dry and clean surface.
New wood: The first coat must be diluted 10-15%. After 8 hours, sand-papering and do not dilute the next coats.
Previously varnished wood: If the existing varnish is in good condition, clean, sand-paper and apply polyurethane varnish on the surface.
If the varnish is in bad condition, cracked, whitish or bad adherent, it must be removed with sand-paper and then follow the same procedure as new surfaces.
Pot life : 48 months, since its production, in original tin, do not open, store in a dry place with temperatures between 5 and 35º C.

NOTE: The data reflected here is informative and agree with the rehearsals carried out in our Laboratories under good conditions of application. If these suffer a change they would be carried out a previous rehearsal again.
