Acrylic rustic Mortar with a high flexibility.

APPLICATIONS
Synthetic-mineral revetment to waterproof and decorate any facades and interior surfaces. For exterior and interior surfaces. For walls and ceilings.
Surfaces: traditional Mortar, concrete, plaster, white plaster. It can be applied on paints or synthetic revetments that these become rehabilitation always it is in good conditions and in good attached on surface.
COLOURS
White and other shades of the VALCRON COLOUR CHART.
OBSERVATIONS
Do not apply Estruc-Mar on horizontal surfaces or inclined below 45º.
Protect the upper arrises revetment when it is raining.
PREPARATION THE SURFACE
The surfaces must be plane, stable, resistant and clean.
When the base is scattered on surface the primming ACRIFIX should be applied.
On very absorbent surfaces (for example plaster) apply before it a coat of ACRIFIX.
MODE OF USE
Estruc-Mar is provided ready to use, only is necessary a good stirring of the product before using it. May be added up to a maximum of 1 litre of water per tin for applying with a spray-gun.
Apply Estruc-Mar with a special spray-gun to obtain the distemper finish. It can be smoothened with a palette, a plastic triangle, etc.
Use the adhesive tape of painter to mark that you want not paint.
CHARACTERISTICS OF USE
Thickness of application: 2-3 mm.
COMPOSITION
Acrylic resins, mineral pigments, organic and inorganic addendums.
PRESTATIONS
Adherence:
On concrete: Upper to 15 Kg./cm²
On mortar: 14 Kg./cm²
On plaster: 7 Kg./cm²
Permeability of steam: 62 gr./m² day.
Behaviour of fire: M 1 (not inflammable).
These results have been obtained of the rehearsals in standard conditions and these can suffer a change depending on the conditions of work. 
HOW TO USE
Use by temperatures between 5 and 30º C. Do not apply Estruc-Mar when it is wet weather, raining, very hot or freezing.

NOTE: The data reflected here is informative and agree with the rehearsals carried out in our Laboratories under good conditions of application. If these suffer a change they would be carried out a previous rehearsal again.
