Antirust synthetic primming for protection of iron/steel in general, for exteriors and interiors.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Gloss : Semi-mat. 
Colours : White, grey, English Red.
Solids volume rate : 48%.
Density : 1,3Kg/lt.
Drying time at 20º C and 65% H.R. Without stickiness : 4 - 5 hours. Recoating interval : 6 -  8 hours.
Resistance continuous temperature : 90º C (dry heat)
Coverage : 10-14 m2/l.

APPLICATION
Conditions of application : Temperature between 5 and 40º C. 
Relative humidity : 85%.
It is recommendable a good stirring of the product before use.

Clean tools  : Synthetic and Oil Thinner.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Preparation of the surface : Apply only on dry and clean surfaces.
New iron : Proceed to sandpaper and remove grease to the metal, apply antirust primming, two or three coats and finish with synthetic enamel SEDALUX with polyurethane.
Old iron : Proceed in order to eliminate the rust and old paint loosely attached, through sandpapered, removered, etc. When it is clean proceed as new iron.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Pot life : 24 months since production, in original tin, do not open, store in a dry place with temperatures between 5 and 35º C.

NOTE: The data reflected here is informative and  agree with the rehearsals carried out in our Laboratories under good conditions of application. If these suffer a change they would be carried out a previous rehearsal again.
